I have put in the wrong delivery address for my order. What can I do to change it?

Kindly email us at orders@thetinytrooper.com within 60 minutes of your initial purchase with your order number and the updated delivery address. You will receive a new order confirmation email with the updated delivery address if the change is successful.

I have purchased the wrong sized shoe for my child. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

We provide a free one time exchange for shoes purchased in the wrong size. Kindly refer to our refund and exchange policy for further details.

How do I measure my child's feet?

Accepted Answer

Always measure from the base of the child's heel, straight down the midline, stopping at the longest toe. Add in 1cm to the measurement to get your child's shoe size in cm.
 
Alternatively, you can use our  tool. Simply print it out on an A4 sized paper, line your child's feet up to the diagram to get your child's shoe size.

What do I do if I have received a defective item?

Kindly email us at orders@thetinytrooper.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will get in touch with you to facilitate an exchange for a new piece. 
 
Kindly note that for us to faciliate the exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and box intact.

Why are there creases on the leather of the Elliot collection sneakers?

Our Elliot collection sneakers are made with carefully selected genuine leather upper and inner lining. They are treated minimally to retain their natural properties such as breathability and suppleness. As a result, the natural crinkles in the calf skin it is made from are retained as well.
